Generation of a signature-tagged transposon KT2440 mutant library. P. putida mutants were generated by signature-tagged mutagenesis with plasposon pTnMod-OGm-ST (), which was modified by cloning an 80-bp sequence that included a 40-bp variable signature tag into the unique KpnI site of the vector ().A total of 21 pTnMod-OGm-ST variants with differential tags were generated.
