Neuro-Dissociate is an all-in-one medium specifically formulated for the dissociation of rodent (mouse/rat) embryonic brain tissue (e.g., hippocampus, cerebral cortex, cerebellum) for subsequent neuronal cell cultivation (or other purposes; e.g., cryopreservation, flow cytometry). Highlights: All-in-one formulation allows for easy dissociation in less than 20 minutesTypical yields are 10-12 million neuronal cells per preparation of 40mg E18 rat embryonic/cortical tissueProduct Type: Buffer or Chemical Phenol Red Indicator: Yes Format: Liquid Amount: Each preperation comes as 2mL in a 5mL vial Storage: -20C or -80C.
