BioVector® NTCC® pYL45
An NF-κB inducible SEAP expression vector driven by a promoter consisting of five NF-κB binding sites (GGGGACTTTCC) and an IFNB minimal promoter (PNF-κB×5-IFNβmin-SEAP-pA). 5×NF-κB binding sequence was created by annealing OYL48 (5’-CTCGAGGCTAGCTGGGGACTTTCCACTGGGGACTTTCCACTGGGGACTTTCCACTGGGGACTTTCCACTGGGGACTTTCCACTAAGCTTCCTGCAGGCTTGAATA-3’, NheI and SbfI underlined) with OYL49 (5’-TATTCAAGCCTGCAGGAAGCTTAGTGGAAAGTCCCCAGTGGAAAGTCCCCAGTGGAAAGTCCCCAGTGGAAAGTCCCCAGTGGAAAGTCCCCAGCTAGCCTCGAG-3’, SbfI and NheI underlined). After digestion with NheI/SbfI, 5×NF-κB was inserted into pYL3 (NheI/SbfI).
