pAcGP67-A载体简介
酸性糖蛋白gp67(又名gp64)是AcNPV杆状病毒上最丰富的信封表面糖蛋白,是杆状病毒粒子进入易感染的昆虫细胞的必需蛋白。由于大量的该蛋白被细胞分泌出来,并且铆钉在病毒膜粒子上。该病毒基因包含有一个最有效的杆状病毒编码的蛋白分泌信号肽序列。所以,我们制备了这个杆状病毒转移载体(pAcGP67-A, B, C),该载体含有gp67蛋白分泌信号肽。在载体上,该信号肽位于多克隆位点上游。目的基因可以插入到多克隆位点中,同时利用gp67蛋白分泌信号肽在PH启动子作用下进行蛋白表达。这使得能够将非分泌蛋白通过分泌的方式进行蛋白表达,并且纯化出来。
