Description描述：The Chilean donor is clinically affected with features of multiple lesions, extensive freckling, and scarring of the left cornea due to exposure keratitis. She has facial tumors of the left and right cheeks. The right cheek tumor was excised and found to be malignant melanoma. She had no neurological involvement. She has two normal sibs. The biopsy was taken ante-mortem on 5/10/88 from an uninvolved area on the donor's neck. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Culture is frozen at PDL 4.
