Description描述：AG03204A is a pre-crisis SV40-transformed IMR-90 culture. It was derived from the same pool of infected cells that initiated the post-crisis transformed IMR-90, AG02804C. Both cultures were initiated by infecting IMR-90 at PDL 30 with SV40 virus strain Rh 911. AG03204A contains 10% T-antigen positive cells and a low frequency of V-antigen positive cells. The morphology of the cells is a mixture of fibroblast-like and epithelial-like.
