Description描述：Donor is obese and reports having osteoporosis, arthritis, high cholesterol, hypothyroidism, memory loss, noninsulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and eye disease; family history of diabetes, heart disease, and obesity; a grandmother lived to be over 90 years of age. The culture was initiated on 7/18/01 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 45,X[18]/46,XX[82] with 2% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product.
