Description描述：The Finnish donor is clinically affected with features of photophobia, freckling, atrophy and telangiectasia of facial skin, severe neurological abnormalities with low IQ, and growth deficiency. The family history is positive with two similarly affected sibs. The skin biopsy was taken antemortem on 11/30/84 from the inner aspect of the upper left arm. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Culture grows slowly. A lymphoblast culture from same donor is AG07954A.
