pULD1 is the plasmid used for cell surface display of target proteins/peptides and includes the GAPDH promoter.
The amount of target protein displayed by pULD1 is known to increase in proportion to cultivation time.
pULD1-s is a pULD1 analog containing a strep-tag instead of a FLAG-tag, and it was used as a negative control of immunofluorescence labeling and ammonia production.
