    Culture Conditions: Atmosphere: 95% air, 5% CO₂; Temperature: 37°C
    Subculturing Method: When cells reach 80-90% confluence, recommended to use BioVector® Subculture Reagent (e.g., 0.25% Trypsin-EDTA). Subculture at a split ratio of 1:2. Medium renewal is recommended every 2-3 days
