BioVector® mEER (Mouse Epithelial Endocervical Ras) 是一种经由人乳头瘤病毒 16 型 (HPV16) 的 E6 和 E7 癌蛋白以及活化的 H-Ras 基因稳定转染而成的 C57BL/6 小鼠细胞系。它是目前研究 HPV 阳性头颈部鳞状细胞癌 (HNSCC) 最具代表性的同系免疫模型。该细胞系不仅在遗传背景上模拟了人类 HPV 相关的口咽癌,还能在免疫健全的小鼠体内成瘤,广泛用于肿瘤免疫治疗和放疗响应研究。
BioVector® mEER is a C57BL/6 mouse cell line stably transfected with Human Papillomavirus type 16 (HPV16) E6 and E7 oncoproteins, along with activated H-Ras. It is the gold-standard syngeneic model for studying HPV-positive Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OPSCC). By mimicking the genetic landscape of human HPV-related head and neck cancers, it enables the study of tumor growth in immunocompetent environments, making it essential for research in immunotherapy and radiotherapy responses.
