BioVector® CCSW1 是一种来源于人内源性肝内胆管癌(Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma, iCCA)组织的人类细胞系。该细胞系保留了原发肿瘤的上皮特性和恶性生物学行为,是研究肝内胆管癌发生机制、侵袭转移能力以及开发靶向治疗药物的关键体外模型。它在分子水平上常用于探索胆管细胞的异常增殖调控及肿瘤微环境的相互作用。
BioVector® CCSW1 is a human cell line derived from intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) tissue. This cell line retains the epithelial characteristics and malignant biological behavior of the primary tumor, serving as a critical in vitro model for studying the pathogenesis, invasion, and metastatic potential of intrahepatic bile duct cancer. At the molecular level, it is frequently used to explore abnormal proliferative regulation in cholangiocytes and interactions within the tumor microenvironment.

传代建议: 当细胞汇合度达到 80%-90% 时进行传代。由于其贴壁较牢,消化时需注意控制 BioVector® 胰酶的作用时间。

4. Key Usage Notes
Tumorigenicity: BioVector® CCSW1 possesses robust tumorigenic potential, making it suitable for establishing cell line-derived xenograft (CDX) mouse models.
Subculture: Perform subculture when cell density reaches 80%-90% confluence. Due to strong adherence, carefully monitor the incubation time with BioVector® Trypsin during dissociation.
Note: BioVector® CCSW1 cells must be handled under Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) conditions. To maintain the integrity of the malignant phenotype and experimental reproducibility, the use of BioVector® DMEM Medium and BioVector® Fetal Bovine Serum is highly recommended.
