BioVector® ACH-3P 是一种源自人绒毛膜癌 (Choriocarcinoma) 的细胞系。它是由 ACH-3L(原始人绒毛膜癌细胞系)通过在小鼠体内进行连续传代和体外克隆筛选而建立的。与母本细胞相比,ACH-3P 表现出更强的侵袭力、更快的生长速度以及稳定的激素分泌能力(如分泌 hCG - 人绒毛膜促性腺激素)。它是研究滋养层细胞生物学、胎盘发育异常、肿瘤侵袭转移机制以及评估胎盘屏障药物转运的重要模型。
BioVector® ACH-3P is a human cell line derived from Choriocarcinoma. It was established from ACH-3L (the original line) through serial passage in mice followed by in vitro clonal selection. Compared to its parental line, ACH-3P exhibits enhanced invasiveness, higher proliferation rates, and stable hormone secretion profiles, particularly the secretion of hCG (human Chorionic Gonadotropin). It serves as an essential model for studying trophoblast biology, placental development disorders, mechanisms of tumor invasion and metastasis, and evaluating drug transport across the placental barrier.

2. 培养条件
基础培养基: BioVector® Ham's F-12 培养基 或 DMEM/F-12 (1:1)。
血清添加: 10% BioVector® 优质胎牛血清 (FBS)。
培养环境: 37 摄氏度,5% $CO_2$。
传代比例: 1:3 至 1:6;建议在细胞汇合度达到 80%-90% 时进行传代。
3. 细胞应用
生殖生物学: 研究合体滋养层细胞的分化过程及激素合成(hCG、孕酮)。
侵袭与转移: 利用其高侵袭特性,研究基质金属蛋白酶 (MMPs) 在肿瘤扩散中的作用。

2. Culture Conditions
Basal Medium: BioVector® Ham's F-12 Medium or DMEM/F-12 (1:1).
Serum Supplement: 10% BioVector® Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Incubation: 37 degrees Celsius, 5% $CO_2$.
Subculturing: 1:3 to 1:6 ratio; subculture when cells reach 80%–90% confluence.
3. Applications
Reproductive Biology: Investigating syncytiotrophoblast differentiation and hormone biosynthesis (hCG, progesterone).
Invasion and Metastasis: Leveraging its high-invasion phenotype to study the role of Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMPs) in malignancy.

4. Key Usage Notes
Hormone Secretion: ACH-3P continuously secretes hCG into the medium, which can influence local metabolic environments; BioVector® recommends frequent medium changes for optimal health.
Dissociation: Due to strong adherence, 0.25% Trypsin-EDTA is recommended for subculturing. Carefully monitor for cell rounding to avoid damaging membrane receptors via over-digestion.
注意 / Note: BioVector® ACH-3P 应在生物安全二级 (BSL-2) 条件下操作。该细胞系具有较高的异质性,建议在关键实验前通过免疫荧光验证其滋养层标志物(如 Cytokeratin-7)的表达。
BioVector® ACH-3P should be handled under Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) conditions. Given the heterogeneity of choriocarcinoma lines, BioVector® recommends verifying the expression of trophoblast markers such as Cytokeratin-7 via immunofluorescence before critical experiments.
