通用定义 / General Definition:BioVector® H80X 是一种专门用于产生单克隆抗体的小鼠杂交瘤细胞系。该细胞系通过将经过人绒毛膜促性腺激素 alpha 亚基 (hCG alpha) 免疫的小鼠脾细胞与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞融合而成。H80X 分泌的单克隆抗体能够特异性识别 hCG 的 alpha 亚基。由于 hCG, LH, FSH 和 TSH 共享相同的 alpha 亚基,该细胞系生产的抗体常用于研究这类糖蛋白激素的共同结构特征,或在双抗体夹心法 ELISA 中作为捕获或检测抗体对的一部分。

BioVector® H80X is a mouse hybridoma cell line dedicated to the production of monoclonal antibodies. It was generated by fusing splenocytes from mice immunized with the alpha subunit of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG alpha) with a mouse myeloma partner. The monoclonal antibody secreted by H80X specifically recognizes the alpha subunit of hCG. Since hCG, LH, FSH, and TSH all share a common alpha subunit, antibodies from this line are frequently used to study the shared structural motifs of these glycoprotein hormones or serve as part of a capture or detection pair in sandwich ELISA assays.

Before large-scale antibody production, BioVector® suggests performing single-cell cloning to ensure the homogeneity and stability of antibody secretion.
