二、 细胞特征与培养条件  

• 细胞名称：LYCK 淋巴结内皮细胞系

• 细胞形态：内皮样（呈典型铺路石状单层排列）

• 生长特性：贴壁生长（Adherent）

• 培养基体系：内皮细胞专用培养基（ECM）或 DMEM + 10%–15% FBS + 1% ECGS + 1% 双抗

• 培养条件：37°C，5% CO₂

• 冻存液配方：90% 完全培养基 + 10% DMSO

三、 实验应用与操作指南  

1. 细胞复苏与接种

37°C 水浴融化冻存管（1–2 分钟），加入 5 mL 预热培养基，1000 rpm 离心 5 分钟弃上清，用完全培养基重悬后接种于培养瓶中。

2. 传代与维护

待细胞达到 80%–90% 汇合度，用 0.25% 胰酶-EDTA 消化 1–2 分钟，加入含血清培养基终止消化，按 1:2 至 1:3 离心重悬传代。

1. Background & Function  

BioVector® LYCK Cell Line is derived from lymph node endothelial tissues. Expressing markers such as CD31, VEGFR-3, and LYVE-1, LYCK is widely used for studies on lymphangiogenesis, tumor metastasis, endothelial barrier kinetics, and transendothelial migration.

2. Cell Architecture & Features  

• Cell Name: LYCK Lymph Node Endothelial Cell Line

• Morphology: Endothelial-like (Cobblestone growth pattern)

• Culture Medium: Endothelial Cell Medium (ECM) or DMEM + 10%–15% FBS + 1% ECGS

• Culture Conditions: 37°C, 5% CO₂

• Cryopreservation: 90% Complete Medium + 10% DMSO

3. Application & Protocol  

1. Cell Thawing

Thaw quickly at 37°C for 1–2 mins, centrifuge at 1000 rpm for 5 mins to discard DMSO, and resuspend in complete medium.

2. Subculture

Detach with 0.25% Trypsin-EDTA for 1–2 mins at 80%–90% confluency, stop digestion with serum-containing medium, and split 1:2 to 1:3.
