pBLOCK-iT6-DEST is available for generating stable mammalian cell lines that express an shRNA sequence. Stable cells with pBLOCK-iT6-DEST can be selected using Blasticidin. The vector is adapted with Gateway Technology to allow easy transfer of RNAi cassettes from either the BLOCK-iT pENTR/U6 or pENTR/H1/TO vectors.
